I first heard about Travis and KCAUTOSOUND from the f150 forums. Everyone said positive things about his customer support and prices. I called him up and he gave me 30 minutes of his time and answered all of my questions even though I did not buy anything right away. He did not pressure me, he just wanted to make sure I recieived the right product for my needs. I called back the next weekend and he set me up with a complete package for my 2005 supercrew. This included a 4 channel amp, mono sub amp, subwoofer, sub box, front and rear door speakers, two kinetic batteries, wiring, fuses, and my favorite the code alarm ca670. The range for the remote is awesome. Shipping was quick and cheap. I ran into a few self induced problems with the wiring and he talked me through them very quickly. He even called me that night to make sure everything worked. WOW! You do not get this quality of help anywhere. Period. I highly recommend him for any car audio and security needs. I included my e-mail if anyone needs any further convincing. Dean Christian, Sequim, WA

After doing some online research on remote start kits, I selected a CodeAlarm CA530 from KCAutosound. The kit is great, but it was the ease of installation and great support from Travis that made my decision a great one. I cannot imagine how difficult it would have been to install a kit without his pre-wiring, custom instructions, and weekend phone support. Who has time to install during the week? Anyway, I highly recommend buying a custom kit from Travis. Thanks!

I just bought a CA530 from Travis and installed it yesterday (Friday). I would definitely recommend going with a prewired unit from Travis/KC Autosound. His directions tell you everything from exactly where and what color each wire is (and how to double check them) to where to mount the brain unit. I had to call him a couple times with questions. He answered both times and was able to answer my question within about 15 seconds. He actually called me back a couple hours later just to make sure everything else went ok. If you need the mile range go with the SRT system. I am definitely happy with mine.
