A friend told me about KCAutosound (Travis) and the installs they had done so I gave him a call. Travis talked with me for thirty minutes or so just listening to what I wanted. Then he gave me his suggestion. Which where right on the money. Travis Ordered my stuff on Monday and by Friday it sounded and felt like Tommy Lee was in the back seat and James Hetield was riding in my lap. It rocks. And I didnt go broke getting it done. Recently installed my first alarm/remote start in my 2000 Expedition. The pre-wiring done by KC Autosound really helped out ALOT. Also provided were installation instructions tailored for my vehicle. Total install time was about 6 hours and the alarm works great. I called KCAutosound a few times for support on installation and programming, very helpful everytime. I definitely could not have done this without the pre-wiring. I have done alot of car audio installs, but alarms are definitely more involved and can be complicated. I had ordered an alarm from another place prior to this and returned it because it was just overwhelming and none of the wiring info they sent me accurate. Definitely recommend KCAutosound, and will do business with again.

Excellent instructions with the prewired kit. Ran into a couple of problems and was able to call on Saturday night as well as Sunday to get help. Have never seen such excellent customer service EVER. The overall experience was extraordinary!! Will buy ALL alarm products from here from now on. Thanks for all the individualized help. Lynn
