I ordered CA530 thru Travis with pre wire ( its sweet one and less headache for me :) ) . I ran into some troubling with some wiring issues and Travis was there for me with very helpful! Cant compare to any other company since he was willing to take care on SUNDAY evening for me until thing is all GOOD!! I heard about KC Autosound from one of the online Ford forums when I was looking for a remote starter for my 99 F150. They talked up his excellent support so I decided to look into it myself. I purchased the CA-520 remote starter for my truck and Travis sent it pre-wired and with exact instructions specifically for my truck. I am a do it yourself kind of person. I have never installed a alarm before, travis gave me great intructions and also great phone support. He never gave up on me when I ran into a few problems. Happy to say I got one of the harder remote start alarm systems installed and working great with travis help. Looking forward to doing more buisness with kc auto sound. Broc
