Cant compare to any other company since he was willing to take care on SUNDAY evening for me until thing is all GOOD!! I had looked for a long time for a wiring harness to hook up sat. radio in my Mach1 and Travis was able to locate a PIE harness for me. Installation was simple and everything works great. Thanks Travis for helping me to complete another of my many projects!!!

I had read about KC Autosound on the F150online forums and thought the reviews were good so I decided to give them a try. The remote start/alarm unit that I originally ordered wasn't available from the vendor so Travis called to let me know and offered to upgrade me for the same price which was a great deal. I ordered it pre-wired for my '02 F150 and besides a minor instruction sheet mix-up (I won't name any names) that was corrected with a phone call and an e-mail from Travis, the installation went well and the instructions and quick tips were right on for my vehicle. Travis always answered any questions I had by phone or e-mail quickly, even on the weekends or at night. He is very knowledgeable about the products he sells and his experience with Ford vehicles shows. He goes above and beyond any other car accessory companies I have dealt with to satisfy the customer.
