After reading the rave reviews of Travis and his superb customer service on the F150online forum, I ordered a CA530 for my 2005 Ford F150 King Ranch. The Pre-wire and custom instructions were outstanding! Travis’s expertise and excellent customer service have no comparison. He even promptly returned a message on late Saturday night to assist me with some programming problems that I had. He has followed up with me several times to insure that my installation was flawless and my product was all that I expected. I was so impressed with both the product and the over and beyond service, that I ordered another CA530 for my wife’s 2003 Eddie Bauer Expedition. I bought the JVC's KW-NX7000. This has it all. The navigation on this is excellent. I took a trip from Vermont to a friends in Michigan and it took me right to his door step without a hitch. I have my phone blue toothed to it and it works very well. I also hve my 160G Ipod Classic tied into it. This makes listening to music a hell of a lot easier. I have over 3500 songs at my finger tips and I don't have to drag out my cd's anymore. I also have some movies on my Ipod that look and sound awesome. The service that I received was excellent. Great price also, I wouldn't be gun shy about buying this one
