Recently installed my first alarm/remote start in my 2000 Expedition. The pre-wiring done by KC Autosound really helped out ALOT. Also provided were installation instructions tailored for my vehicle. Total install time was about 6 hours and the alarm works great. I called KCAutosound a few times for support on installation and programming, very helpful everytime. I definitely could not have done this without the pre-wiring. I have done alot of car audio installs, but alarms are definitely more involved and can be complicated. I had ordered an alarm from another place prior to this and returned it because it was just overwhelming and none of the wiring info they sent me accurate. Definitely recommend KCAutosound, and will do business with again.

Ca-670 and Ca-530 I've been going round and round with installing two remote starters, but after I spoke with travis I was sold. This man knows his stuff !!! I installed the Ca670 in my 06 f150. Travis prewired it for me (well worth the extra $$). I ran into some issues, but travis was rigth there to answer my calls !! After 1 1/2 hours on the phone we realized the problem was a low car battery! Then came the Ca530. This was going to be installed in my wifes jeep liberty. Travis told me up front that he hasn't done much with the liberty, but he sounded confident. He researched which module I needed for the jeep locking system. He also prewired that unit for me. I had one minor problem with the lock/unlock After talking on the phone with travis a few times we got it figured out. With all that being said buy a unit somewhere else, and see if the person that sold you the unit works with you to straighten it out. Even at 8/9 o'clock pm. Good luck getting them to even answer the phone. This man and his buisness is TOP NOTCH !!!! Buy one somewhere else and consider yourself a fool. Thanks alot Travis !!!!!! I bought the JVC's KW-NX7000. This has it all. The navigation on this is excellent. I took a trip from Vermont to a friends in Michigan and it took me right to his door step without a hitch. I have my phone blue toothed to it and it works very well. I also hve my 160G Ipod Classic tied into it. This makes listening to music a hell of a lot easier. I have over 3500 songs at my finger tips and I don't have to drag out my cd's anymore. I also have some movies on my Ipod that look and sound awesome. The service that I received was excellent. Great price also, I wouldn't be gun shy about buying this one
