Hello- I own an tire/wheel/accessory shop in Howard Lake, MN. I found KC Autosound on the internet when I was looking for help with an 2005 Superduty remote start I had installed. I called and described my symptoms to Travis over the phone and he walked me through it in minutes. I had previously spent 2 hours on the phone on the Ford remote start help line, and they couldn't figure it out. Kudos to you, Travis. Also, I then purchased my next remote start from Travis. It was a CA 530. It is a great system. Travis was there to answer my questions (even after hours). I had it installed and running in about 1 1/2 hours. Thanks Travis. It is nice to deal with pros! After doing some online research on remote start kits, I selected a CodeAlarm CA530 from KCAutosound. The kit is great, but it was the ease of installation and great support from Travis that made my decision a great one. I cannot imagine how difficult it would have been to install a kit without his pre-wiring, custom instructions, and weekend phone support. Who has time to install during the week? Anyway, I highly recommend buying a custom kit from Travis. Thanks!

Travis is very knowledgeable and talented. He is very accessible through cell phone and website. He installed a very nice stereo system in my 1999 mustang with bass booster in the trunk and a great vehicle alarm and remote starting system. All at a very reasonable price. His customer support is outstanding!
