After reading the rave reviews of Travis and his superb customer service on the F150online forum, I ordered a CA530 for my 2005 Ford F150 King Ranch. The Pre-wire and custom instructions were outstanding! Travis’s expertise and excellent customer service have no comparison. He even promptly returned a message on late Saturday night to assist me with some programming problems that I had. He has followed up with me several times to insure that my installation was flawless and my product was all that I expected. I came across Travis on the internet after I read a post he made in a forum trying to help someone with a unique install problem (not even a customer of his). I sent Travis an email and he immediately responded even though it was late in the evening. Travis was not rushed to answer all my questions and never pushed me for a sale. The next day I called him and made the purchase. Travis was in my garage that night after work installing this system.
