I came across Travis on the internet after I read a post he made in a forum trying to help someone with a unique install problem (not even a customer of his). I sent Travis an email and he immediately responded even though it was late in the evening. Travis was not rushed to answer all my questions and never pushed me for a sale. The next day I called him and made the purchase. Travis was in my garage that night after work installing this system.
