I heard about KC Autosound from one of the online Ford forums when I was looking for a remote starter for my 99 F150. They talked up his excellent support so I decided to look into it myself. I purchased the CA-520 remote starter for my truck and Travis sent it pre-wired and with exact instructions specifically for my truck. He also picked up the phone immediately when I called him with a few questions regarding the install. Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I recently came across KCAutosound on the internet, and purchased the Code Alarm SRT-9000 prewired from Travis. The install instructions were very detailed and the pre wire made the install very easy, and when I ran into any problems Travis always picked up the phone even on the weekend and after hours. Travis has great customer support and I will continue to buy all my audio/alarm stuff from him. Thanks again Travis for all the help.
