My wife bought me a CA670 for Christmas from KC AutoSound and I bought her a CA530 from another shop that also sells "pre-wired" kits. After installing kits from both shops I can say that KC AutoSound's is by far the better kit. The wires were all separated neatly and ready for the install, unlike the other, which was just a jumble of wires in the box. They were taped together, but not nearly as neatly as KC AutoSound’s kit. The directions from KC AutoSound were also well written and easy to understand. Customer support was also top notch. I had some install trouble with the unit I bought from the other shop and had to them several times asking for help, but got slow-to none customer support. I ended up calling KC AutoSound out of desperation and Travis always answered his phone or quickly returned my message. Although Travis did not sell me the unit he was more than helpful in getting it installed. Never complained about me not buying from him, never pointed out the other guy’s mistakes, just helped. I was sold on his shop after that. Price, customer support, and quality of product are all top on my list when I decide to do business over the Internet. I would rate KC AutoSounds top on all of them. I thought that the "other shop" was the only game in town for pre-wired kits, but was glad to see I was wrong. This might sound like a commercial, but after installing two similar kits from two shops I am sold on buying from KC AutoSound. I would recommend them to anyone. Dave Portland, Oregon

Well I have been going around and around for a while about getting a remote start for my truck and my wife's truck. I have read numerous threads about Travis and KCAutosound over on F150online. So a couple of weeks ago I decided to give Travis a call and to see what would be a good fit for my needs. Talking with Travis was a pleasure and he answered all of my questions and then some. Well I finally decided on the CA-670 with the ford prewire(excelent option). After I ordered them Travis shipped them the next day. Now I decided to install mine first to work all the kinks out and I am just glad that Travis was a phone call away when I ran into some install problems(self induced). The install went very smoothly all the way up to the initial program and starting before the PATS module was installed. I noticed that my dome light didnt work when switched on and after the PATS module installed the truck would not start at all. Well after several phone calls with Travis we finally figured out the starting issue which was my fault for using a not recommended wire stripper which pulled the wire out of the PATS ring connector. So after I fixed that the truck worked great. The dome light issue was well put it this way, was a $50 dollar mistake on my part because I didnt pay attention to the colors for the dome light and parking lights. so now that I have a new switch installed the system is working great. I did at one point have trouble with the remote start not keeping the truck running in the tachless mode, after a couple of calls to Travis we decide to run a sense wire to the fuel injectors and that fixed that issue. Later on that night Travis called me to see if everything was ok, now that is customer service. I will definetly do busness here when I decide to upgrade my stereo. Now I installed my wifes system yesterday and I have to say that it went together flawlessly no hickups at all. The pre-wire and install instructions from Travis are top notch. If anyone is thinking about getting a system from Travis I say do it, he really cares about the customer. Thanks Travis Jack 04 F150 and 05 F150

I purchased a Code Alarm 670 remote start system. I have a 05 Ford F-150. I got the remote start system prewired for my truck. With the instructions that Travis sent, the install was very easy. He explained what panels to remove and what wires to look at. The instructions even told you what the wires should read when you test them. I've even called Travis a couple of times and he was very helpful in explaining somethings. I am very pleased with my system and will purchase from him again. I have recommeded him to many of my friends.
