Recently installed my first alarm/remote start in my 2000 Expedition. The pre-wiring done by KC Autosound really helped out ALOT. Also provided were installation instructions tailored for my vehicle. Total install time was about 6 hours and the alarm works great. I called KCAutosound a few times for support on installation and programming, very helpful everytime. I definitely could not have done this without the pre-wiring. I have done alot of car audio installs, but alarms are definitely more involved and can be complicated. I had ordered an alarm from another place prior to this and returned it because it was just overwhelming and none of the wiring info they sent me accurate. Definitely recommend KCAutosound, and will do business with again.

I must say that it’s not very common to receive this level of customer service these days. Travis @ kcautosoud.com was readily available via phone and email from the pre-sale and all throughout my remote start installation. The installation instructions were easy to follow and the system worked without any issues.
