After reading the rave reviews of Travis and his superb customer service on the F150online forum, I ordered a CA530 for my 2005 Ford F150 King Ranch. The Pre-wire and custom instructions were outstanding! Travis’s expertise and excellent customer service have no comparison. He even promptly returned a message on late Saturday night to assist me with some programming problems that I had. He has followed up with me several times to insure that my installation was flawless and my product was all that I expected. I was so impressed with both the product and the over and beyond service, that I ordered another CA530 for my wife’s 2003 Eddie Bauer Expedition.
