Ca-670 and Ca-530 I've been going round and round with installing two remote starters, but after I spoke with Travis I was sold. This man knows his stuff !!! I installed the Ca670 in my 06 f150. Travis prewired it for me (well worth the extra $$). I ran into some issues, but Travis was right there to answer my calls !! After 1 1/2 hours on the phone we realized the problem was a low car battery! Then came the Ca530. This was going to be installed in my wife's jeep liberty. Travis told me up front that he hasn't done much with the liberty, but he sounded confident. He researched which module I needed for the jeep locking system. He also prewired that unit for me. I had one minor problem with the lock/unlock After talking on the phone with Travis a few times we got it figured out. With all that being said buy a unit somewhere else, and see if the person that sold you the unit works with you to straighten it out. Even at 8/9 o'clock pm. Good luck getting them to even answer the phone. This man and his business is TOP NOTCH !!!! Buy one somewhere else and consider yourself a fool. Thanks a lot Travis !!!!!! I bought the CA530 from Travis a few weeks ago and wanted to use it before posting a review. I could not be happier with the product. The range is truly astounding. I like the way the doors lock, lights come on, valet mose....you name it! I purchased from KC Autosound for one reason. Travis. The guy is phenominal when it comes to answering questions. I had some trouble understanding the setup, which was of course my fault, and Travis walked me through it. I think I called him 3 times at various times of the day and night and NEVER had difficulty reaching him. I have never had such great customer service from any product purchased either locally or via the internet. I also paid for the prewiring for my 2004 F150. This was the first project like this I ever tackled and I'm glad I did it. It was well worth the $25 extra along with the detailed instructions with excellent photo's. Travis, keep up the great service you are supplying to your customers. As soon as I can talk my better half into a new stereo system, I'll be in touch.

A friend told me about KCAutosound (Travis) and the installs they had done so I gave him a call. Travis talked with me for thirty minutes or so just listening to what I wanted. Then he gave me his suggestion. Which where right on the money. Travis Ordered my stuff on Monday and by Friday it sounded and felt like Tommy Lee was in the back seat and James Hetield was riding in my lap. It rocks. And I didnt go broke getting it done. After scouring the Internet looking for OEM remote starts for my 2010 Lariat, I discovered that I would be better served going the aftermarket route with a remote start / alarm combo. I knew I did not want the local retail shops doing the work. I wanted to be in control of the wiring. I have seen horror stories of the local shops crappy work. Every F150 forum I visited said to get in touch with Travis @ KC AutoSound. They were so right! Travis was very knowledgeable, and helpful. I ordered the Compustar 2W900FM-RSA 2-Way 900MHz Alarm, after talking with Travis, because I wanted to be able to use my factory door keypad to disarm the alarm, and unlock the door. Most alarms disable the use of the keypad. I did my install on a Sunday after church. I called him 3 or 4 times, and he either answered instantly, or called me back before I finished leaving him a voicemail. Every question I had, Travis answered. His knowledge of Ford F150's in uncanny. Thanks to his great instructions, the install was a great success. I will 100% be making all my future purchases from Travis. THANKS AGAIN !!!!!

I purchased a Code Alarm 670 remote start system. I have a 05 Ford F-150. I got the remote start system prewired for my truck. With the instructions that Travis sent, the install was very easy. He explained what panels to remove and what wires to look at. The instructions even told you what the wires should read when you test them. I've even called Travis a couple of times and he was very helpful in explaining somethings. I am very pleased with my system and will purchase from him again. I have recommeded him to many of my friends.

I purchased the Compustar RF-2W703-SH remote start from Travis. His pre-wiring of it and the detailed instructions for my year model truck made it very easy to install. Everything works great and I can still use my original key FOB to lock or unlock if I don't want to carry the remote start FOB. Travis was also very helpful over the phone. I'll buy from him again. My wife bought me a CA670 for Christmas from KC AutoSound and I bought her a CA530 from another shop that also sells "pre-wired" kits. After installing kits from both shops I can say that KC AutoSound's is by far the better kit. The wires were all separated neatly and ready for the install, unlike the other, which was just a jumble of wires in the box. They were taped together, but not nearly as neatly as KC AutoSound?s kit. The directions from KC AutoSound were also well written and easy to understand. Customer support was also top notch. I had some install trouble with the unit I bought from the other shop and had to them several times asking for help, but got slow-to none customer support. I ended up calling KC AutoSound out of desperation and Travis always answered his phone or quickly returned my message. Although Travis did not sell me the unit he was more than helpful in getting it installed. Never complained about me not buying from him, never pointed out the other guy?s mistakes, just helped. I was sold on his shop after that. Price, customer support, and quality of product are all top on my list when I decide to do business over the Internet. I would rate KC AutoSounds top on all of them. I thought that the "other shop" was the only game in town for pre-wired kits, but was glad to see I was wrong. This might sound like a commercial, but after installing two similar kits from two shops I am sold on buying from KC AutoSound. I would recommend them to anyone. Dave Portland, Oregon
